The box got banged up in shipping, but the roots inside were intact and wrapped in plastic film with damp pine shavings underneath. I soaked the roots and planted as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I did not get any growth from either of 2 grape vines. Food Forest Nursery stood by their guarantee and gave me a refund. I would buy from them again thanks to their good customer service.
