Centennial Hops (Humulus lupulus) was bred in 1974 as a cross between Brewers Gold, Fuggle, East Goldin, and Bavarian hops. A great dual purpose hops used for bittering and aroma with notes of pine and citrus. Alpha Acid of 9-12%. Similar to Cascade, Amarillo, and Columbus.
